However the civilian govt era from its establishment it was infused with nepotism it wasn't developed later. Your analysis is historically inaccurate or your sub consciously biased. The kacaan was inspired to make all Somalis equal to opportunities not just certain family members as was the case with the civilian govt era.

Cope all you want. The moment there is nepotism in a specific government, it is no longer merit. In such practice, nepotism often weights negatives over positives. Family members being chosen in such and such positions that they aren't particularly excellent at, Mister Osman.

Nepotism in family business is DIFFERENT from nepotism in PUBIC GOVERNMENT, ESPECIALLY A SOCALIST (Communist) GOVERNMEMT.

Until there is no nepotism (the state where government workers are being chosen by their qualifications), Somali government will never thrive.
