Nobody knows, If I had to guess it would be Libya, Syria and/or SL. Syria I could see them taking in the Gazans in return for Israel relinquishing the territory they captured in Southern Syria.

Libya in return for sanction relieve and full normalization of ties with the west, SL would take them in, hypothetically, for recognition.

They signed a peace treaty back in 2020 and the civil war is officially over. Things are tense with still some fighting and a continuous economic crisis, but its not like the 2010s anymore. I'd say it's similar to the situation in Syria right now with a far less competent government than the Syrians have.

They're never relinquishing those lands. It was captured for strategic purposes against Iranian missile threats and Hezbollah back then.

Libya doesn’t exist, it’s a country split between two governments and within them are so many competing militias. It’s a failed former Italian state like Somalians.

SL govt so far has said nobody even approached them on this topic at all. The Egyptians will never take them and the Syrians are getting invaded and bombed by the Israelis so that’s also not an option. There is not a single Arab or Muslim nation openly willing to take the Gazans not even the favorite Allies of the Israelis (Emiratis). These rumours are just a tactic but Trump has stated he would force Arab nations to accept the Gazans specifically Egypt & Jordan.
