The questions we should ask is do WB citizen prefer their current status with no citizenship rights or getting IsraeliCitizenship, and would Palistinian residents/citizens of Israel west of the green line give up official Israel status to have what Gaza and West Bank citizens have? Those are tough questions to answer being aswered for them by Israeli premier Netanyahu and maybe WB president Abu Maazin.
