That's the Togdheer river, there's a lot of water during the 'GU'.

Togii weyn ok. So if it is not done properly in a couple of months it will be gone.
Will the complete before rakny season

You see they are building two bridges, this is the foot bridge, it's the project 1 and they will finalise in two months at most.

And then They will start project 2, after the raining season. June or July.
