Apparently they are and sometimes work with US Navy SEALs on raiding AS training grounds and hideouts. Apparently, they quickly captured some villages and a town in a few months, but as to how much that effected AS' capabilities, we don't know. But it would be wise to remember that they're special forces and regardless of how competent or unskilled that they are, their movements are mostly behind a sea of blacked out documents- but then again some $$$ will remove it for you.
