Bernie Sanders is not even that left-wing as people make him out to be. He's basically a standard Social Democrat of the European type like the Labour Party in the UK.

Clinton has image problem becausr young woman inthe age category if 18-35 are voting for Sanders. In New Hampshire and Iowa 85% of that group voted for Sanders. Once again she will lose to an unknown leftie senator.
