False, it's a personal preference. Children may help in dealing with life at older age, bit it's not a guarantor. The more women become educated, the more happier society will become

Marriage and reproducing doesnt increase a countries living standards nor does it make it better. Morally, religiously and traditionally it is better but it doesnt do anything to better living conditions and other state based aspects. Having kids in a wartorn country isnt a flex first hand. You are only going to make them suffer.
