Somaliland needs to implement a code of aesthetics that developers must follow.

It's impossible to make affordable homes when the diaspora keep inflating land prices and your average Joe in the country makes 300$, 400$ per month.

I would have started just robbing niggas if I was born back home and saw all these nice ass homes built around me.
This would take billions of dollars and would require govt intervention. I don't see this happening until we start profiting off our oil
