@Three Moons if i showed you their headquaters you would delete this
Unfortunately, you and many others can’t see beyond today and tomorrow. Facilities can be built in a heartbeat like the one above posted by @Bariisquute, naval ships can be imported in a fortnight, but training personnel to professional levels where they can operate radar systems and large combat ships takes years, and that has been successfully done.
Their headquarters are decent and will have to do for now. What is it that you expected?
Oh shit,i was watching the navy do some ground drills today and i saw the navy admiral reporting out of a brick house that had metal sheet on top
