It's not bc he's black jeesus Loool Its because his country imposed and upheld sanctions on Cuba for decades for purely political reasons. Cuba wasn't a threat it was America being a bully, wanting to milk the whole planet and didn't want a state that was anti what US stands for to prosper and gain allies basically made an example out if them. Now Cubans are fed of sanctions like Iran and have been for a long time and that's the only reason they're normalizing relations.
