Non-ATMIS Ethiopian troops

So what's the plan to get rid of the troops in Gedo, Bay, and Bakool? Because so far I haven't heard anything. Same with the Kenyan troops in Kismayo. There will still be too many foreigners in the south after ATMIS departures.

The ethiopians in maayland are majority atmis. They may not have been initially but they are now.

Non-atmis in Kismaayo and Gedo are there by request of their leaders. That is a Jubbaland issue. Ethiopians been in Gedo for decades.

Ethiopia troops inside Somalia some of them not part of Atmis. South Somalia need to build their own army.

I think the short term plan was to replace them with Egypt, but USA said no
