Norwegians have to log in with their government ID and SMS probably. The person you look up can see you have been nosing around his or her tax record. Creepy as hell!

You're right the state takes extra protections for the children safety. I wouldn't say it's communist, it's more kind of a socialist state.

You have to log in with your Id, so you need to be a citizen, or at least live their.

You can do this in Sweden as well. It is not that big of deal, the service actually costed money before. You'd have to pay upwards to 50-100 sek/nok to check someone's income. But I guess now it's available for free in Norway.

That is huge considering their total poulation is only around 5 million.

In Germany it is only 0.03% Somalis as a percentage of the entire population. It was 0.01% prior to the recent Merkel refugee rise. I always felt like an ultra-laangaab there.
