Probably the least interesting "election".
The other candidates are Ethiopia and Qatar.
In his electoral commission the candidates are ones he chose and paid. The majority of candidates didn’t register with his system and are holding a separate election tomorrow. They had an elders council that represents the FGS Elder registrar. And those elders picked the MPs who will be voting tomorrow. On the other hand madoobe paid for fake elders to pick MPs who were instructed to vote for him. Which is why most of the candidates are not participating. The elections that the isbedeldoon candidates are holding will be acknowledged by the International community and the FGS. Madoobe will vote himself in and then we will see what unfolds.
This video is critical in understanding who madoobe is, a former insurgent and fake “Shiekh” as the Kenyan former speaker Farah Macalin put it.

This is so sad, Madoobe won with another landslide victory. Like 80% of the votes. This isn't a proper election, noone toured the regions or even the 'xafads' of kismayo like PL does when in election mode, it starts 6 months before. This is just a Kismayo thing.
I don't disagree they need 'military' person as president and they should focus solely on security as their top priority(since 98% of JL land is outside it's control. Kismayo is only 2% of the land mass) but this Madoobe is using the security situation as a card to extend his power. He has been there for 8 years and nothing has changed in terms of the security situation. He is still in Kismayo only. He will keep doing this for 50 years niyahow, if you don't do something about as Jubalanders.
