This isn't something we can solve now. Only when Somalia gets more stable can we actually help the Ogaden. Till then we have to bide our time unfortunately.

The diaspora sends large sums of money back home so much so that in the usa alone both the obama administration and the tramp administration wanted a cut from it and tried to tax it but were unable to do so.
