Siyad did have a meritocracy as far as department staff is concerned. Ironically Isaaq were at the top.

I find it far more beneficial for everyone whether competent or incompetent, everyone wins and it trickles down eventually.

I don't see how fielding your worst talent on the grounds of clan equality makes any sense beyond equal opportunity is fine but equal outcomes isn't. Outcomes are determined on merit but opportunities are open for all.

We have a nation where people who promote Federalism and that every region rules its land are called clannist and evil people but its not evil and perfectly acceptable one city rule 90 cities like Mogadishu and Somalia or North and South(2 cities rule 90).

You see why alot of people are totally frustrated with Somalis, it's beyond any comprehension even if you sit down and show their really pushing ppl patience.

The real clannist are centralist, secessionist, iririst and noone focuses on them and plays blind to their madness. They all focus on PL and JL, who preaches it want all regions to be autonomous and free but their called clannists

@Abaq you really can't make this shit up, total dandaansi, they know they can't face the public these clowns about their politics and its outrageously clannish agenda vs Federalism. What's even sadder is PL and JL are always begging and pleading as if their in the wrong, that's Stockholm syndrome making excuses and pleading with a down right criminal.

Imagine being the International community and they know deep down nothing but Federalism will work in Somalia and everyone region just cut its losses, focus on its territory and people, build up yourself and for matters that are national or shared is shared across all. PL and JL are never promoting for something unique to itself and refusing it for others.

Then u got some clans who still think and dream they can rule other territories using colonial borders or owning capital city and I would hate being the international.community who can see trying something that has failed Somalia for well over 30 years as their no winner and loser nor will their ever be and their are people still holding onto such ideas, u would think they would be expelled and called spoilers.
