personally I don't take rankings seriously due to it usually being a misleading statistic, if it comes down to globalization, newyork, sanjose and Seattle would be the only important cities especially as AI comes through, Minnesota is in the midwest, the most jobless reason in America for a reason due to having old relic companies and manufacturing jobs that aren't needed in this century, on the other hand Seattle is the fastest growing city in America due to the whole country coming here for work because the real monopoly big dawg companies are from here

I don't shop at Walmart, this isn't the 90s lol,i live in the tech capital of the world so I shop on Amazon, target is a dying old relic company that won't last the next five years the latest(should already be disbanded because they can't compete in the modern marketplace), and as I mentioned above rankings are misleading statistics(you would know this if you have ever took a data class) especially on something as subjective as livability lol(in my ranking it would be second worst just on weather alone, then take into account not being on the coast but middle America, a low population, and as boring as you can get it would be low in my rankings)
