My brother got fired from his job today which doesn't surprise us. He has been malfunctioning lately and even mistreating mom so sister took him away to live with him. He literally started this job a week ago. Sister got the job for him.
That's it. That was the story. None of that wild long Neanderthal crap stories. I behave now and back to good health. I did a nice long run earlier and feel good. Running brings back the focus in my mind and improved skin quality and improved blood flow.
