TBH guys since 2015, the civil war in Somalia is at a statement but we aren't in a war at all. HSM did a great job in negotiating and reconciling tribes even though he had his flaws. The parlimant is corrupt but we'd rather have people take money and agree instead of trying to solve every problem by calling for war. We also have no more warlords, instead we have local administrations. Who knew that you would be able to walk the streets of Xamar, Galkacyo, and kismayo at night without being scared. However, there are incidents every other day but it's usually minimal casualties in a big city. Schools have been rebuilt and Kids are going to college in Turkey, Uganda, and Malaysia. The diaspora have come back and built many hotels, hospitals, and parks. This sense of belonging in our country is leading to many youngsters joining the army and defecting from clan militias and Al shabab. I predict that inshallah in 10 years Mogadishu won't have anymore bombs and the roads linking the country will be paved and secure.

Eu has granted a project to construct the Beledweyne - Galkaio road
Galkaio - Hobyo road
Galkaio - Garowe road
Luuq - Dolow road
The IMF has also granted a project to construct the Mogadishu - Kismayo road
And Puntland has also done a great job with the Ceel dahir - Erigavo road
Not to mention The Garrowe- Bosaso road
Soon they'll build the Garcad to Galdogob road
The Mogadishu - Afgoye road is in near completion
Mogadishu - Balcad will start once the Afgoye one is done by Qatar and turkey
Balcad - Jowhar road aswell which is flooded right now also by qatar and turkey

Amisom has costed the Eu and the UN too much soo they'll be forced to have a withdraw plan and they have already withdrawn from Galmudug, areas of lower shebelle, and middle Shebelle. Keep an eye out for the Ugandan regime which seeks to be seen as the stabilizer of Somalia from Al shabab so that their dictator continues to stay in power. I'm guessing he's regime will fall soon enough.

They ain't waring factions. It's not like if you go to Kismayo you'd think a government controls it. With the sea port, airport, and police institutions. Compare that to 2005-2010 xafads and suuqs were dived by certain clans.
