The difference between Somalis and Afar, Oromo is that we have our own ethnicity and country(Somalia). Unlike them(Afar, Oromo, etc) who are tribes shattered around the Horn of Africa between 3 countries. Afar tribe lives in Ethiopia, Sudan, Eritrea & Djibouti. Oromo in Ethiopia & Kenya.
They are jealous from that fact, just imagine that they are second degree citizens in those countries. Somalis are the only Cushitic tribe that has their country under their rule and kept their language.

Somalis get blamed for a lot. I've seen west Africans commit crime and Europeans starts bashing Somalis. If a black person does a crime Somalis are the ones you target. I've seen it happen more frequently. I think the recent wave of immigrants are only adding to the problem. You have fobs gang raping all over Scandinavia.

yeah, I was reading an article where the people are very oromo names, and the comments were complaining about somalis.

so since I was wondering about this I googled "oromo crimes" (because a ton of stuff shows up when you search somali crimes) the first thing that popped up was "oromo people fighting for visibility"

This too. There's no crime stats on Somalis where I live but I think it's safe to assume its pretty high. It doesn't help that in most major European cities immigrants flock together and miss out on integrating creating a cycle.
