They have a right to have their interests in city infrastructure protected too. If city admins don’t establish accessible public transport systems, don’t add more pavements and don’t clamp down on shops and private homes extending their properties onto the pavement in a anti-pedestrian and anti-wheelchair manner, then this bill is meaningless. I’m not even touching upon their needs in education, health, etc yet.
You can judge a society based on their treatment of their most vulnerable members.
