I find this hard to believe. The job market is disgustingly competitive nowadays. No way in hell 18% of jobs in Canada and 25% in america are left unfilled

It's the highly specialised vacancies for 5-10+ years work experiences that are left unfilled. There is mismatch in the form of a gap between what employers are looking for and the skills of job seekers.
