We simply didn’t account for aid/non state revenue like the governments in Mogadishu and Hargesia does but we now do with this new government. It’s not complicated. No need to be jealous sxb.

This years budget(from April to December) was $54 million dollars and now somehow the budget for the next year has risen up to $346 million Dollars.

Somaliland doesn’t receive aid in cash but in development projects. It has never been part of our budget. Anyhow is puntland receiving 300 million in aid to have such growth in a year

Somaliland does receive budgetary aid, and no it’s not all aid but that’s the drastic change from last year...
From who we receive projects from Somaliland development fund. Only xamar receives budgetary aid which is sometimes withholds from its fed states.

There are several explanations though, the new airlines coming into Puntland airports, the management of Bosaso port under DP subsidiary and the new roads into Sanaag. Less corruption may also be a factor as well as some fiddling with the budget to include aid.
I know it bothers you but you need to grow up, it's like you are personally invested in Puntland's failure.

Still a FAIL how are you happy to use a foreign currency as the official. Somaliland is trying to use it's own currency by encouraging it's use. The value for the first time went up as it used to be 11k to the dollar now it's 8k

If the increased money is based on tariffs goes to show how much you guys depend on Somaliland.
