If you remove sool and sanaag the TFR of the region drops I think it’s due to high urbanization why bari and mudug have lower rates

Mudug and Bari are more urbanized than Sool, Sanaag and Nugaal and you can see this in the fertility figures. Bari is 66% urban while Sanaag is only 29% urban. That is quite a large gap between two neighboring states.
Higher urbanization means lower fertility.

This is not ideal, ilmahaan hadow mustaqbal bey rabaan and we dont have the resources to sustain them and give them a good future within puntland. Unless puntland starts utlising its human capital its a recipe for disaster as competition increases for a limited amount of resources.

Majority of Planders no longer recognise sool as being apart of PL(eastern sanaag is debatable), and frankly i dont see any benefit in claiming those regions, its an economic drain. What Somalia needs is 2 strong harti maamuls(khaatumo and PL), at this stage khaatumo is fragile and absorbing it into PL is not in the best interest of any party.
