Puntland politicians needs to stop complaining and man up. Whether it's Farmaajo or HSM whatever government in Xamar will want complete central rule. Or puntland and jubaland can be split up and be put on full centralisit with local rule ideals. Well basically federalist type of government. Just on a smaller scale so they dont challenge the state
