If I was President I would be buying these

I suggest to the PL new president, upgrade the army equipments. There is no excuse a bunch of houthis have 'ballistic missiles' and can reach riyadh with it and we don't have anything beyond BM21 in terms of ballistic range. It is very easy to access yemen gun markets and make contacts with houthis on the ground who are friends with Iran and ask them when Iran sends you their next batch to secretly include a batchment for us. Or we can go to Iran and buy the weapons directly, it's not like Iran cares about UN sanctions on Somalia they provide arms for all the mid-east anyways.

How will you manage to buy this when you have barely roads in puntland?

When there is no single level 1 hostital in puntland?

When you don’t have a properly structured armed forces capable of operating such equipments?

Prisons / Police Stations / Army Barracks / civil service buildings. The govt of egal & riyaale built up institution when the whole country was flattened and riddled with mines. They created a system to progress yes the corrupt kulmiye corrupted the system but we shall reclaim and rebuild
