That's not fair. No Government in Somalia since msb has ruled all of the country. Why is Hamze's government any different? If he goes, will the guy replacing him magically bring JL and the rest of Somalia under his control? If Hamze brought JL under the government, there's still large parts of the country that wouldn't under the government's jurisdiction like PL, and all of the north. What about that?
