We all know there will be no elections in the next 15 months. This is an attempt at term extension.

They act as if Somalia is proper country. They don't realise that the only thing holding the country together is the imperfect Carta settlement. It's not a fair settlement but it's been the only thing that has worked in this country since 91. Without it, everyone would go to their regions and the country would cease to exist overnight as no group has the ability to overpower the others. For some reason, many people can't understand this like the guy below
