I always knew this system of federalism was dysfunctional, states need to be way smaller need to be split in to 3-5 more.

I always knew this system of federalism was dysfunctional, states need to be way smaller need to be split in to 3-5 more.

The only thing that works on somalis is divide and conquer these states have to be cut up more and separated so its easier for the government to maintain control over them.
