I assume you didn’t watch the video? It was stated that the ambassador came to Puntland to take part in the celebration for the 25th anniversary of Diakonia’s branch opening in Puntland.

About former president Gaas...he accomplished so much for Puntland and his accomplishments are there for anyone willing to open their eyes and see.
