There's a lot of misinformation regarding the boycott. You're only meant to adhere to what is specifcally mentioned on the BDS website.

Boycotts are intended to be a form of organised protest but it's the most messiest, unorganised people who police people the most on boycotting.

Because 1st cerave has lots of harmful chemicals that make the skin dry and breaking out they add so much harmful chemicals to almost all of their products like propylparaben which is a known endocrine disruptor and more likely to get chronic illness, petroleum which is a potential carcinogen and overall there's so much reviews about it online about the negative and harmful effects and how the switch over to cetaphil yielded way better results so AVOID all Cerave products the only safe ones are the following
-Acne control cleanser
- blemish control gel
And salicylic acid acne treatment with glycolic acid
THE REST ARE UNSAFE
even then i would just make the switch over to cetaphil or to play it even more safe buy from Korean moisturising brands but make sure you do your research.
