I'm aware of their economic situation but I never realised their property prices reached this low. It makes sense I suppose.

If you wanna follow Warren Buffet's rule of buy low and sell high, Greece would be a good option as its in a deep recession and prices are bound to go back up. Although a good long term investment , living in Greece isn't so good. Shitty economy and xenophobia on the rise there wouldn't make it quite attractive to Somalis. Also the bulk who end up there are FOB and want to head to a welfare state that'll take good care of them.
