I’m looking to start a business in Xamar it’s a prohibition style strip club/bar I plan on making it look like a fast food restaurant on the main floor like a western burger joint or pizza maybe even mexican food but downstairs in the basement we will be running a strip club I want to know how much a property like that would cost?

The ground floor doesn’t need to be big at all in fact a small space would be advantageous cause it’s a front so I don’t want it to look all fancy and aesthetic and have many people show up to check it out possibly blowing the cover. What I do need is a big basement I will need enough space for 6 poles a bar a dance floor and enough seating for 20-30 people at a time. 2-4 small rooms inside the basement just big enough to fit beds would be ideal that way we can make even more off of extra services but I’m willing on making it two stories and just have the rooms all the way upstairs if the former isn’t possible.

I realize it’ll be almost impossible to find a place just like this so what I’m really asking is how much would it cost to build all this? Would it be cheaper to buy a place and change it to my liking or should I just buy a plot of land and start it off from scratch. I already have workers for the menial tasks such as construction and demolition tons of cousins looking for work and they’re cheap. Electricians plumbers and whatever else I can also find for cheap I got lots of connections so paid labour aside how much is this gonna run me we are talking strictly price of land and materials. I figure the hardest part will be digging underground for the basement I might have to outsource that work to some Indians but they’re just as cheap as family.

Not worth it sxb. It would be better for you to do this in adis. You can get away with stuff like that there due to them not being 100 percent Muslim country and anything westtern is acceptable there. In Somalia you get lynched for this once you get caught. Addis is more expensive and there’s already a million spots like this over there but in Xamar I’ll be the first. I’ll have a monopoly on the market everyone will have to come to me think about it all the amisom soldiers away from their girls back home looking to relief themselves in a cute exotic Somali chick they’ll pay top dollar for the forbidden fruit or maybe they jus wanna knock back a couple beers with friends after a long shift regardless I’m gonna have tons of loyal customers comin in daily im thinking of putting in a poker table for the gamblers as they say the house always wins I’ll be raking it in. gotta show love to the youth so I’ll supply shisha and jaad for the locals.

A year after opening I will easily make enough to open a second location after two years we will launch in Hargeisa maybe even Bosaso too. Money talks sxb I’ll make so much I can buy everyone from the mayor to the soliders to the police plus I won’t be sloppy if’s prohibition style in the basement not anyone can walk in there the average person won’t even know of its existence,

First off I won’t be living in Xamar after I get it running and there’s a steady flow of income I’ll move to Nairobi and drive back and forth periodically to check in see how things are going. I have a trusted family member that will manage things in my place he’s very bright and is my best friend I could leave him with a million and a dollar wouldn’t be missing plus he’ll be fairly compensated for the good work.

Secondly it’s prohibition style idk how many times I have to repeat myself I’m not advertising it for anyone to see only way to know about it is by invite there’s a password that will change either weekly or daily haven’t decided yet.

Thirdly if you think I didn’t already account for that as a possibility you gotta be mad stupid. We will have a team of guards all of em will be family members that will be paid handsomely to avoid any bribes. They will be equipped with big ass guns and both ends of the streets will have checkpoints so any car that wants to even drive past will be thoroughly checked. We will have metal detectors and guards at the front door patting down anyone entering for weapons. I’d like to see those fukkers try to stop me their stupid ass will get gunned down swiftly.
