It could be possible seeing as many ethnic minorities in the US especially Puerto Ricans vote for the Democrats.
There is a strong possibility that this would be rigged.

Lol, I meant rigging as in trying to cheat the electoral college to stop Bush and Trump type of wins. Democrats have a problem that their voters are concentrated in urban areas while the rural areas are dominated by Republicans. It is easier for Republicans to win entire states while losing the popular vote.

But even with the Trump result outcome, there were urban areas that voted for them. The American election result was a weird one because there was an increase of people from urban areas voting for Trump. Hmm but there was, without a doubt, something very fishy about the American election.
