Yes probably, but maybe he fled immediately before the news became viral. However, he was staying with high profile guy in Kismayo. He is the 'gudoomiyaha degmada' not sure whether thats the mayor or commissioner of one of Kismayo's neighbourhoods. Puntland worked closely with Jubbaland forces. So the guy was definitely getting protection which is absolutely disgrace. The JL authorities should prosecute he guy that was hiding him in Kismayo as well, to send a strong signal to those that are aiding and abetting Shabab members and other criminals.
