Ladies and Gentlemen let me present to you the newly refurbished road from Garoowe to Eyl the EU and Germany paid millions for and one of the projects brought by the previous Faroole administration along the Bosaso and Garoowe Airports.

After receiving payments in millions in 2014 the road looks like this:

The EU paid €17.75 millions and Germany topped it up with another €3 million to rehabilitate the Garoowe-Gaalkacyo corridor.

We are dealing with mass corruption by the Gaas administration instead of building the road they awarded the contract to a well known company that has previously failed to deliver road construction projects paid by the JPLG.

After warnings they still got the contract and now they even took old components of the road and selling them in Gaalkacyo. This are the people who were trusted to build and rehabilitate the important Garoowe to Gaalkacyo corridor.

The lack of nationalism and patriotism is unbelievable. We have never witnessed anything like it.

I don't know if @Saahid Qamaan is a sheegato, but he's right to point our the corruption in Puntland.
Gaas gave some businessman $300,000 to 'rehabilitate' Southie al-shabab fighters, 10 of them escaped. This type of corruption will be the downfall of Puntland.
We need to be like the Eritrean diaspora, and raise money our army's salary, because Humpty Dumpty won't pay them. These people are risking their lives in Galgala and Qandala.
If we want to make Puntland the great region it is, we need 100% security.
