Now a couple of days ago some 10 South Africans with three bullet-proof cars snuck into Puntland from Somaliland without any Visa or explanation.

They went passing by and avoiding Garoowe all the way to Ras Hafun in Bari region where they took photographs of old gates and buildings.

When the Vice President learned of it he ordered them to come back to Garoowe after they already finished their expedition to Ras Hafun.

The state is an utter and true joke.

yeah yeah totally, you can just go over land from mugadishu thru plant then cross sland all the way to hargeysa with no permit papers, visa and checkpoints verifying your qabiil and your travel purpose. also its totally more easier to fly into sland with a somalia passport and blue flag, thats why alot of terroristic bombings is the norm in sland. ahun hundred of ppl dead in bombings carried thru out sland cities because the porous borders are unsecured.

sure. the other day i was crossing into garowe, the "big security company" in hargeysa gave me permit to enter garowe, they also gave word to their bro gaas who assured me garowe and hargeysa were in the "same country". very welcoming dude.
