Puntland Civil Society returns the two abducted Somaliland youth to Hargaysa

Wronged youth have been returned to Hargaysa by Puntland delegation.

They were apologized and componsated for the 10 days held captive in the Nugaal country side.

Somaliland officials and traditional elders welcomed the Puntland delegation and held luncheon in honour.
