Puntland Customs launches the Harmonized System and a new Online customs declaration form for the first time in Somalia

As part of ongoing modernisation and reform, Somali Customs Puntland also introduced a new online customs declaration form - the SOMSAD. The Harmonized System was also introduced for the first time.
