Why did they do that? you don't just build universities.

Should've build a cheaper university and invest in other sectors like electricity and lower education.

It would've been better if they installed solar power in the city and build couple of primary and secondary school.

True and they cant afford good equipment to serve the students.It would be okay if they could implement proper labs and better facilities while reducing the cost of the building.However this was needed in Badhan, now badhan students don't have to go to Hargeisa or Bosaso for education.
