He says Yemenis were whipped in bosaso. Those selling in the streets and in shops etc were all arrested and deported. At the start kulaha we Yemenis opened our hearts for you before we opened our country( big lies). It's high time these people stop coming to Somalia as if they own it

send them back π«‘Mind you there are articles about how badly Somalis were treated in Yemen. I don't wish this on miskeen refugees but that's just plain lying.
The majority of "mistreatment" towards yemeni refugees is because Somalia is poor ans has no infrastructure. Not racism/discrimination for the sake of it.
I wish Puntland had utilised the yemeni refugees for our own gain (without mistreating them of course). Registering refugees would have allowed us to claim money in their name and use it to provide them livelihoods as well as bolster our economy. Also they could have as a population been great as a workforce in rebuilding efforts especially the educated ones. This is what Yemen and Kenya did to us and its what any country in our position with common sense would do.
They should go back home. There's nothing in gaajo wartorn Yemen
This goes to show what i said to Puntland Queen the other day. The Puntland government is not targeting people because they are Oromo , same thing here about Yemenis. No one is targeting Yemenis.

Non of the Puntland government crack down has anything to do with chasing out foreigners because they are foreigners. Non-Somalis are all welcome.
It's directly linked to security concerns caused by ISIS and limiting their foreign recruitment channels and undocumented unregulated migrations into the area that fuels this.

Yemenis have no legal right to be in Puntland and they should respect our laws. There is an entitled attitude to our land and resources with these people that has gone unchecked for too long.
