Puntland forces under Gaashaanle Sare Cabdulaahi Cumar Cashuur prevented Somaliland health minister from entering Badhan District. The forces stopped at Hadaaftimo where they ordered the Somaliland Minister and various Somaliland security guards and vehicle to turn back
