It's not fair our true locals are suffering while rahanwayn, isaaq, Madow, oromo refugees are taken care of in Puntland. WE need to end this western philosophy to take care of the minorities while neglecting the majority? We must assist the true local and people with key infrastructure so they can succeed even further. You see how they abuse us on SPOT, even though their people are doing so good among us and becoming something. They have no respect for us and everything we do for refugees.
This lady shouldn't be selling fish outside and other produces, this is clearly unhygenic and unsafe, where is the local government of Bosaso who is not enforcing 'health safety' standards? this is why the people get sick, it's because of how the local produce is not taken care of or placed in properly refrigerated containers.
Their has been no policy from either the Puntland govt or the local government regarding the open air market zone. I have yet to see the govt do anything for these small time traders who make up the bulk of your taxation revenue.
We need order and clear urban plans in the market place with all open air market traders needing to purchase or the local govt needs to supply them with the correct facilities like this
