These guys own Nairobi, Zambia and heaps of other African countries since the 70s, same with Dubai and we have business class in Oman for centuries who r billionaires eating off the oil there yet none ever invest in PL, hawiye who got rich recently and is petty change to PL who has wealth centuries generations and centuries even these moryans who looted our capital re invest in Hamar.

The ppl who build PL are majority local or diaspora in the west only.

I don't suggest they build real estate but get into the infrastructure game, it's the best money maker as everyone in the market needs to use it, whether social or hard infrastructure.
