Puntland need to have 'guddiyo' for the various human capital of our society ranging from womens-religious council-business-academics-technical institutes-farmers-nomadic-professional- not 'random' people but people who are 'accredited' and 'senior' and have proof of their studies and experience in their expertise. We also need to separate out our people into 'generations' and no-one oo isku soo saqajamin every generation 'time' in leadership.

For example a 'generation is 20-30 years' so we must respect each generation time. Today it's cold war era workers or students 'era' or generation x and baby boomers ama 'independence generation'. After that generation is done which the independence 'generation' is finally 'phasing away' and siyad generation and workers/students weeye time.

A generation is 20-30 years. A presidency term is 50-70 which is 4 presidencies per generation. Post 70 generation should stay out of politics and revert to clan cohesion matters such as 'sahal lobby group' or other Isimo duties for their sub-clan.

The Political generation is 50-70 regard-less what generation you get only literally only 4 presidencies per generation. Puntland is a bit different with independence generation out of the scene of politics and the siyad worker generation are slowly heading into clan stability matters or senate duties around constitution.

This generation X need to give generation below them 'mentoring' and the generation x who is in power need to mentor generation y.

This is damn serious, this is how politics work, each generation has 20 years in power and 10-20 years in planning their politics and major 'programs'.

Generation X are now building govt institutions/humanitarian/social services/infrastructure while Siyad barre worker generation 70 and older are in 'senate' position working on constitutional matters.

What the hell is generation Y doing as we are the bracket of 25-40. Once u hit 40, you will spend 10 years slowly 'transitioning' into the 50-70 presidential era bracket.

Isn't it wise we as puntites who fall between 25-45 create our generational 'guddis' and begin laying down what 'program' we will do in Puntland, so we can slowly pass the torch to mellenials who are 25 and younger.

I want to ensure every 90-100 years we have laid out the programs each generation must complete. This 4 year election nonsense waxba laguma 'gaban karo' except 'small milestones' not transformational 'generational programs' unless each generation works together and respects each other 'time period' in office. In the SFG there isn't this understanding like there is in Puntland, where it's all ends in isgabgabsi constantly.

I wish PL leaves Somalia, we wasted already 2009-2021 which is nearly half a generation on security-humanitarian-governance-infrastructure tasks all because of isgabgabsi and 'bribes'. Our generations will be handed nothing in terms of progress but the same duties from 20-30 years ago.

What are the tasks we expect from our ruling generation which is 50-65. This is siyad barre student era, we must list down our expectations as generation Y which is 25-45.

Our 40-45 year olds are now slowly trying to transition into ruling class like 'asad diyano, ilhan omar, etc' we must prepare ourselves the first ever international 'guddi' that consists of our generation's diaspora in africa-west-arabia. This commitee will consist of first generation diaspora oo ku dhashay dibada ama ku koray from early age regardless if it's the west-arabia-africa.

We must work with our 'local arm' generation 'y' and begin formulating what policy we want to see thru for puntland and what we expect generation 'x' to pass down or complete. We are effectively the 'warlord era generation' as we never saw a functioning Somali government.

We must not inherit the same social tasks across generations, wa in laga gudba waxani humanitarian and state buildings tasks oo illa abdillahi yusuf waqtikisa socotay which is 2004 till now. That is nearly 20 years we spent on institutional tasks and it's still weak or non exisistant.

We spent literally the last 20-30 years in Somalia since 2004 till now, handling the same mess of security, political instability, and humanitarian tasks. We as generation Y must demand we will not accept taking on these silly tasks. Generation X must hand us down a completed constitution with it's courts and institutions in place, we demand the 'security' era wrap up, we do not want to keep chasing around ciyaal xaafado oo amni daro wado, this isn't even considered a proper war but 'amni daro' and criminal matters.

Generation Y we must focus on how to change Puntland from rural economics into urban and industrial economy. We must demand each 'sector' and 'industry' in Puntland follow the guidelines needed for industralization. We must work out the 'energy' infrastructure we need to ensure all puntland economic activities is carried out with machinery.

I don't want to see another 'duli' in Puntland using manual methods in the economy. Waryaa @SirLancelLord your isaaq keep electing 70 year old for politics when the 70 year old are supposed to be 'older generation' doing nabadoon activities, passing down lessons learned, not holding a 'political' office which compromises their 'wisdom' as people will say waa 'siyasi' the 'siyasi' era is only 50-65 in each generation.

65 and above move onto clan matters in Puntland

@SirLancelLord puntland wa 'shacab nidaamsan' from 0-18 is the ciyaal xafaad generation, they will be taught puntland comes first, history, and achieve basic literacy/numeracy and basic educational outcomes.

20-25 is the age of learning a marketable skill be it professional(accounting, economics, finance, lawyer, doctor, nursing) or STEM or unskilled(customer service, hospitality, farming, livestock) or 'vocational trades' such as plumbing-electricity-carpentry-furniture making or labouring.

It's up to Puntland government to begin 'path-ways' linking our 'student talent' pool into which side of PL economy they will work in and asking for investors to create 'academies' needed to achieve a skilled/unskilled puntite by the time their 25. This needs be identified no later then puntites secondary schooling years, especially the last 2 years(year 10 to 12).

We must calculate what type of ratio of skilled/unskilled we seek basing it on the 'real market' that exist and it needs be balanced and not too much 'supply' in each area.

By 30-40, we expect that they develop into 'experts in their field' and begin transition plan which I call the 'leadership transition era' between 40-50, we must be careful who we identify as leadership and we want the best of the 30-40 year olds.

From 50-65 is the 'political ruling generation' and 65 and above we expect the political generation transition into 'coaches and mentoring' roles for all the generations before them, thru clan matters, senate duties, puntland advisory board wa inay 'dhistan' the 65 and above to provide 'human capital' about their 'era' their pitfalls, successes, and what direction they believe the 'next' generation of puntites 0-18 and 25-45 should follow before it's their time to 'rule'.

This Puntland generational framework can be 'reusable' and 'reliable' across all puntland's different generation into the future and can guide our human capital to create a strong Puntland not just in my 'time period' but in all 'time periods'. I want each generation of puntites to be 'rabid wolves' like me by killing 'cadowga' with 'success'
