Actually they have their own parliament, however all the major laws are passed down to them from parliament in England.

Secondly their not independent, hence why they wish to hold a referendum again, the first one the ppl voted to stay within the uk.

Look at the mental gymnastics this doocil is making. How is that situation the same with Puntland, all legislation in our regions is passed through the Puntland government. Nothing regarding legislation is passed onto the SFG, thats why i said we control our regions de-facto. This girl is not very bright she thinks the federal government has any say in our affairs
