Puntland maritime forces seized eight small boasts loaded with assortment of weaponry in Bosaso town of northern Somalia.

The coast guards intercepted the boast and successfully seized dozens of anti-aircraft guns, machine guns, AK-47 rifles and dozens of boxes of ammunition.

Officials from the Puntland administration also said they had captured men ferrying the weapons. Though the destination of these weapons has not been ascertained, its possible the weapons could have ended with terror elements
