Why sell them at auction? Just use them yourself. The cost of a new fishing vessel is too much, but we can capture an entire fleet totally legally.

We have to follow martime laws.

In Canada, IUUC boats are confiscated under a marine act. We just have to write the policy and have it follow international law. A few court cases held in the country show due diligence and we can take the boats.
