We need to order fences for this abysmall town planning. I hate seeing these rocks piling up in some 'reserved' plot for some diaspora or local who bought it. We need town plan around people who buy empty plots of land and a law that says once you purchase the empty land, they need to put a fence around it or else the seller will lose the land to the government. We need these strong regulations around town planning or else no matter how much we build Puntland, it will look like a damn sewage like xaar-gaysa.
Untill we can put either brick lane-way or road in there, we need all plots of land with no houses in there to buy a fence like this.
Or even rural type fence will be fine like this will suffice.
Plus it's cheap as hell, especially the small land plot size of 20 meters length by 40 width is a very small land area
It's only about that big most villas in PL, so we need residential land and zoning laws from PL govt, especially the local government as land matters is local government issue. What is Bosaso local government doing, in-fact this problem is puntland wide issue of placing rocks on land plots, so it could be puntland govt issue who has to pass a law regarding it since ma aha wax degmo uu gaar ah so it may not be a local govt issue.
