Sool/Cayn and Makhir own 40% of the parliament. 17 for sool, 9 for sanaag. That is a whooping 26 out of 66. That is literally 40% of the parliament. What else do they want. Mudug/Nugaal/Bari is 60% of the parliament. If they were smart they would unite the 40% base and start working habar alliances inside mudug-nugaal-bari zone. Steal all the dashishe, ali saleban, leelkase vote. They simply do not seem to want to come up with a politically strategy.

What is wrong with them @Suldaanka @Libaaxa cayn At least if you unite your 40% the 60% in mudug-nugaal-bari can be broken up so badly it isn't funny. Ali saleban would be secured for you, Leelkase, Dashishe, possibly all the majerten minor clans. Then the maxamud saleban can be pitted against each other once they see their not in contentious for the presidency and clearly not going to win, this will mean they will bargain for positions and split their measly 15 votes.

Maxamud saleban are only 20% of the parliament, 80% isn't. It stunns me with those sort of advantages why other clans do not 'run' and organize themselves.

There is a trick in puntland u need to know. As you should know. Warsangali dont really care much for politics. Lakiin they will wait for next year . I think they get 21 next parliament .
