Cali Khalif is one conniving, spineless, snake and a coward to add to that, yet he has the audacity to mention the name of a man who has been elected to be the president for 4 million Somalis living in Puntland (Mudug, Cayn, Sool, Nugaal, Sanaag, and Bari).
Cali Khalif is over 80 years old. He has nothing to show for, except talk in rubbish riddles that make no sense. He is not an orator, far from it and he is definitely not a politician. His attempt to sound highly intelligent and politically savvy has absolutely backfired on his irrelevant, illegitimate existence. Not to mention, Cali Khalif needs to be reported to the United States Internal Revenue Services for tax evasion. He has been panhandling hundreds of Dhulbahante mothers on welfare and investing that money into a mutual fund that has capital gains, payouts and dividends and has not paid a single tax on that.
